Alongside the full participant journey, Extend brings participants’ leaders into the experience. They are better able to understand what their people are learning, reinforce it through everyday conversations and create opportunities for new behaviours to be practised back at work.
In addition, participants receive individual diagnostic assessments (options available) and individual coaching, adding greater personalisation and insight.
