Our Network

A network built to scale

Wholehearted Life is a leadership, team effectiveness and culture consultancy that works with a trusted network of experienced colleagues in Australia and the United States, allowing us to bring together the right capability for each engagement and scale programs quickly when needed.

Depending on the work, this may include additional facilitators, coaches, organisational development practitioners and specialist partners. It means clients get the responsiveness and continuity of a small consultancy, with the ability to deliver confidently across larger cohorts, multiple locations and more complex programs.

The model is deliberately flexible: small where that creates intimacy and depth, and scalable where the work demands greater reach.

Kirsten Brown is the founder of Wholehearted Life and a leadership and culture consultant with more than two decades of experience helping leaders and organisations navigate change, complexity and growth.

Her work sits at the intersection of leadership development, organisational culture and behaviour change. She works with executive teams, senior leaders and emerging leaders to strengthen judgement, collaboration, courage and the everyday practices that shape how organisations actually operate.

Kirsten brings a practical, evidence-informed approach to her work, drawing on organisational development, leadership psychology and behaviour change. She is particularly interested in the moments when leadership becomes difficult: when teams are under pressure, when old patterns get in the way, and when organisations need to move from knowing what good leadership looks like to actually practising it.

She has worked across public, private and not-for-profit organisations, designing and facilitating leadership development, executive team development and culture transformation work that is customised to the organisation and grounded in the real work leaders are facing.
